I wanted to share some information about speeding vehicles in our neighborhood.
Recently, my wife and I noticed an Audi that visits the Retreat at the Park apartments going about 60mph down Milwaukee St. I reported him to the Denver PD and an officer found his car and confronted the driver a few days later.
I wanted to share the phone number for Denver PD Weekend Patrol Dispatch to report any speeding cars. You can call 720-913-2000 anytime over the weekends.
With the addition of the Pinnacle and Retreat at the Park, our neighborhood has literally become a freeway of speeding cars. I think we should push for more police to patrol the streets for speeding and for vehicles that run stop signs. There are far too many people, children and pets in our neighborhood to allow this to continue.
