Should we hold a neighborhood social gathering (block party, etc.)? If so, where and when?

Yes, Hold it on a block that has a majority of members and wants the party on their block. It should be held in late summer/early fall (September) as it is hard to get a big group together in the summer. It would also be fun to hold a winter neighborhood party at the Bluebird on an off night.
